I made for my daughter's 6th birthday and luau-themed party. Double layer chocolate with buttercream icing. I tinted piping gel for the cascading waterfall and placed candy fish in the water. I made the Hawaiian character with fondant. The palm trees on top and popsicle on the side were made with chocolate molds. Only the surfboard and pinwheels were inedible. This was a great hit with the kids and parents alike and as delicious as it was fun. I also had so much fun making this, especially knowing my daughter would love it.
