Sesame Street
This cake was so much fun to make! Characters are made using modelling chocolate (melted chocolate wafers mixed with corn syrup and coloring). The cake is covered in buttercream icing and marshmallow fondant. Everything else is made of marshmallow fondant. Everything is had made and edible.
